Discipline over comfort
Every session is a vote for the version of you that shows up when it's hard. We build the habit of doing the work — not just when motivation is high, but when it's not.

About · St. Petersburg, FL
A certified personal trainer and nutritionist who leads with warmth, listens first, and helps everyday people find their direction.

My Story
For a long time, I measured strength by the mirror. It took years of honest reckoning — with my habits, my purpose, and what I actually wanted from life — to understand that real strength runs deeper than a physique. It shows up in how you lead, how you show up for the people who depend on you, and how steady you are when things get hard.
That shift changed everything. I stopped chasing and started building — discipline over comfort, purpose over distraction, habits over hype. When I found that footing, I wanted to help other people find theirs. Not through extreme programs or hollow promises, but through real structure, honest accountability, and a plan built around the life you're already living.
Today I coach in St. Petersburg and online, working with everyday people who are ready to build strength and direction that carries into the rest of their lives. I'll meet you where you are — and we'll move forward together, one honest step at a time.
Certified & Qualified
Your training and nutrition guidance is grounded in real certification and ongoing study — practical, sustainable, and built around you. No gimmicks, no extremes, just credible coaching you can trust.
Why Path to Fitness Exists
Path to Fitness was built on more than a business idea. It was built on a mission — personal, deliberate, and grounded in the belief that strength is about who you become, not just what you look like.
I will glorify God by becoming the strongest version of myself — spiritually, physically, mentally, financially, and relationally.
I will lead my wife with love, raise my son with integrity, serve men in recovery with compassion, and build Path to Fitness into a mission that transforms lives.
Every day I will choose discipline over comfort, purpose over distraction, and legacy over convenience.
That mission shapes everything about how I coach. It means I take the work seriously — because I understand what it costs to show up consistently, and what it means for someone when they finally do. Discipline, faith, family, service, and legacy aren't abstractions here. They're the reason this business exists.
Every session is a vote for the version of you that shows up when it's hard. We build the habit of doing the work — not just when motivation is high, but when it's not.
The goal isn't a number or a look. It's a stronger, more capable, more confident person who carries that strength into family, work, and life.
I coach for the long haul — habits that last, strength that compounds, and a mindset that stays with you long after our sessions end.
I have a particular heart for men who are rebuilding — people who are coming out of hard seasons and working to build something better. I'm not a counselor or a therapist, and I don't offer clinical services. But I understand what it means to need structure, consistency, and someone in your corner who genuinely wants to see you succeed. That's the kind of coach I set out to be.
Philosophy
How I show up matters as much as what we do. These are the principles behind every session.
We start with where you want to go, then build a path you can actually follow — no shame, no impossible standards.
You bring the goals; I bring the structure and accountability. We figure it out together, week after week.
Rest, balance, and practical nutrition matter. Real progress is the kind you can keep long after we start.
Ready when you are
